Gripole – Spine Business Zone

The area of Gripole-Spine comprises two main units, i.e. business and residential zone. The business zone covering the area of approximately 22 ha is located in the north-western part of the scope area and organised into 7 blocks.
Each unit has been designed to accommodate business entities on the construction lots ranging from at least 600 m² up to the surface equalling the surface of a single block. Each block must have a direct access road from the defined zone street network.

According to the plan, the zone will accommodate approximately 50 businesses on the construction lots of around 4,300 m².

The business zone is intended for purposes allowing all forms of economy from high quality clean economic facilities, small business, warehouses, service facilities, municipal facilities and marketplace and fairgrounds. New primary and secondary roads will be built within the business zone, in addition to the appliances and facilities for water supply, electric energy supply and telecommunications, and sanitary and rainwater sewer system.

A location permit must be issued for each construction lot. The permit specifies details concerning the final purpose and capacity of a business facility, the necessary terminal infrastructure, its design, the necessary protection measures and the solution to pollution and environmental impact in compliance with legal regulations. If necessary, various options concerning the merging and rearranging of business lots into larger ones are possible within the business zone.

Brunelka Business Zone- Rovinjsko Selo

The zone is situated about 100 metres from the state road D 303 and it is connected to the main local road. Water and electric supply infrastructure has been built next to the business zone. Several construction lots can be formed within the zone. Their minimum surface is 900 m², whereas the maximum size depends on the purpose i.e. business activity. The shape and size of the construction lot will be defined with the location permit.

Urban Plan – Turnina Business Zone in Rovinj-Rovigno
In compliance with the Decision on the Development of the Urban Plan for the Turnina Business Zone in Rovinj-Rovigno (Official Gazette of the City of Rovinj-Rovigno no. 8/2013), the development of the Urban Plan for the Turnina Business Zone in Rovinju-Rovigno has started.

Štanga Business Zone

Detailed urban plan thoroughly elaborates terms and conditions for construction and development of particular modifications of space, particularly in relation to their purpose, position, extent, general development guidelines and the manner of their connection to the municipal infrastructure. It also defines environmental protection measures, natural, landscape, cultural historical and other assets.
